Schools That Parents Give an A+ for Exemplary Diabetic Student Care ILLINOIS

Each family's experience is unique and may not be a fair representation of any school. Adams County School District You are fortunate if you live in the Adams County School District in Illinois. Parents reported optimal care for their children with diabetes in several schools in Quincy, IL, including Baldwin Intermediate School and Quincy High School. District policies towards diabetic students include: allowing blood glucose testing and care administration in the nurses office or classroom, there is a nurse in every school, if a parent cannot attend a field trip the nurse goes along with the sudent, even bus drivers are given a list of all children in their care that have diabetes.
