parents and guardians of incoming seventh-grade students by mid-2010 under

Langevin Continues Push for Stem Cells - Rep. Jim Langevin (D-RI)
today announced that he will be traveling to London, England, next week to learn
more about that country's investments in adult and embryonic stem cell research.
This bipartisan congressional trip comes on the heels of the one-year
anniversary of House passage of H.R. 810, the Stem Cell Research Enhancement

Treatment - Today Gov. Sonny Perdue signed an Executive Order creating the
Governor's Commission for Newborn Umbilical Cord Blood Research and Medical
Treatment. The commission will establish a network of postnatal tissue and fluid
banks in partnership with universities, hospitals, nonprofit organizations and
private firms in Georgia for the purpose of collecting and storing postnatal

president makes diabetes research request - Oklahoma State Senator Cal Hobson, D-Lexington, took bill 1056 to the Senate,
