Cabell Huntington Hospital - Diabetes Clinic. The Cabell Huntington Hospital Diabetic Clinic provides quality care to patients in a caring environment. The clinic provides care to West Virginia residents with diabetes who have little or no insurance, Medicaid or Medicare. Medication assistance is available to those who qualify for the clinic. RX For West Virginia - Partnership for Prescription Assistance - PPARxWV is a program that connects qualified, low-income people with discount prescription drugs, direct from the pharmaceutical manufacturer. PPARxWV offers a single point of access to public and private patient assistance programs, including more than 150 programs offered by pharmaceutical companies.
Patients will be directed to the public or private programs most likely to meet their needs. PPARxWV helps low-income, uninsured patients:
