Kansas Uninsurable Health Insurance Plan Kansas Department of Social and Rehabilitative Services (health care info) Children's Mercy Family Health Partners is a non-profit organization and the only provider-owned Medicaid managed care organization in Kansas or Missouri. They provide low-cost or no-cost health care coverage through contracts with the State of Missouri MC+program and the State of Kansas HealthWave program. To get more information about Family Health Partners, call Monday-Thursday between the hours of 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. or Friday 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Kansas residents call 1-877-347-9363. Diabetic supplies are covered through a company called Edgepark. You can contact them at 1 (800) 307-5930. Emergency diabetic supplies can be obtained by calling the CMFHP Prior Authorization line at 1-888-691-4872.
